From the inventor -- I use them everyday and have eliminate the possibility of having a movement in
an unwanted location. I use them before long road trips or situations where I know a 'clean' facility may not be a convenience. In the 35+ years I have been using my pads I have "never" had to use a public facility other than to urinate. I have been using them every day for years and they make every movement physically easier. They also make the movements quicker than they would be without using them.
